Dayton Metro Library, Community Room 2-B, 215 E 3rd Street, Dayton, OH 45402 and Via Zoom
Death records can be a valuable resource for genealogy research, providing details about a person's life that may not be found in any other record. Sue Mueller will talk about what death records are in the public domain and where to find them. Locating and using death indices, certificates, and obituaries, in addition to cemeteries and funeral homes, with an emphasis on free online resources, will be the focus of Sue’s discussion.
Social time will begin at 1 p.m. with refreshments. The in-person meeting will begin promptly at 1:30 p.m. and will also be broadcast via Zoom.
